The challenge

Seller was a turning point: from brand and communication to running a much broader marketing ecosystem.

At the agency I worked with different businesses and multidisciplinary teams across brand, content, creative, performance, CRM, websites and digital strategy. My job was to understand what each client needed, translate it into a marketing direction and make sure every specialist was solving the same problem.

Sometimes the issue was positioning. Sometimes it was acquisition. Sometimes the team was doing good work, but nobody was connecting the pieces. And sometimes the data told us the original assumption was simply wrong. Along the way I structured the creative team’s workflows and tools, so the process could grow with the clients.
